Policy Summary


Non-Members

A fully refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation.

Full payment is due14 days before the event.

The deposit is returned if facilities are in the condition found.


Cancellations made 30+ days in advance receive a 75% refund of total fees paid.


The renter is responsible for leaving facilities in the condition found.

Church staff reserves the right to decline any reservation request


HOHWP Members

Members are able to rent at no charge. A clean up deposit of $125. is required. The deposit is returned if facilities are in the condition found.
